Directions to Start/Finish
The race will start promptly at 6:00 am on October 21st, 2016 at the Wood Run Trail Head located on HWY 24/27 approximately 9 miles west of Troy, NC. GPS Coordinates of: 35.310293, - 80.043726.
Parking is limited at the start/finish so we request that each runner bring no more than one vehicle per registered runner.

Drop bags are available at all three of our Aid Stations (Start/Finish Aid Station, Crossroads Aid Station (Mile 6/15) And Kelly's Kitchen (Mile 11.7)). Drop bags can be dropped off at packet pickup on 20 October or they can be dropped off at the start/finish on the morning of the race no later than 5:30 am Saturday morning.
Runners can have pacers after completing 41 miles (two laps). Please be aware that pacers are not allowed to carry any of the runners equipment. Pacers are required to report into the Start/Finish aid station so they can be issued a Pacer bib and also so race officials can be aware of all runners that are on the course.
The cutoff for both 100K and 100 Mile races is 6:00 pm Sunday, October 22nd (36 hour cutoff). Runners must start their last lap by 12:00 pm Sunday in order to be allowed to continue. Runners must also depart Kelly's Kitchen on their final lap heading southbound by 3:30 pm Sunday.
